Daily Affirmations

Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 

Some of my daily affirmations to help me focus on all the positive in my life. They work! 

The other HUGE source of my affirmations is scripture. I post it all around me, plus in my phone & my journals. I try to surround myself with all the things I need someone to tell me when things get tough, because I can never remember anything positive when I'm feeling low.



This is where my strength comes from.

PAIN does not go to the grave with us.
Where there is pain, there is life.
Where there is life, there is hope.
Where there is hope, there is gratitude.
Where there is gratitude, there is joy.
Where there is joy, pain has no power.

A new perspective on pain
