I discovered today that the 21 day Yoga Challenge is not 21 different workouts. There are some repeats (hooray!) So I did day 9 today, which is the same as one of the ones from week 1: a 15 minute gentle morning stretch to start the day.
I did it first thing this morning, and I didn't feel like it helped me at all start my day more energized, but I will keep trying and see how it goes. My plan was to do another yoga workout later in the day, but this afternoon I felt horrible - head to toe sick like I had the flu (apparently a common occurrence for Fibromyalgia) . It was weird how it just hit me, and hit me hard. So I had a long, well deserved nap instead. Trying to pace and paying attention to self care.
Tomorrow is a new day. Today was not a waste, not a bad day, just another challenge that I am capable of handling. Attitude is everything.
