Tuesday morning: woke up feeling like I had been run over by a herd of zebras. (why zebras? I don't know. They weren't elephants or horses. Perhaps kangaroos)
Three hours later: no better.
So, something in my routine is obviously NOT working.
Evening: 20 min bike ride, my first of the season. I went SLOW, trying to just loosen up and not overdo it. Pain levels low during & after for at least an hour.
Definitely a better day of positivity and listening to what my body can and cannot do ...
We shall all get stronger. Healing resides within me!
