International Squatter

I've been having a lot of tough days in a row. I'm trying to keep track of triggers & what activities help me recover faster, but so far I'm no further ahead in my understanding.

It's frustrating to try to do things all day, only to be repeatedly defeated & forced to nap on the couch.

Good news - the hot dry climate here really helps, until it gets above 32°C, and then I find the heat wears me out really really fast.

So, maybe I need to live in Canada for June-Sept, and Australia for the rest of the year, and somewhere in between for Jan & Feb. (Who do I know in Arizona or Texas?)

I think I'm going to become an international squatter. :)

Sent from my iPhone....in Perth :)
