My New Year of Health
During my three month stay in Australia over Christmas, my health was so much better due to the hot dry heat and the stable barometric pressure (and because I was with such awesome friends!)
So I'm back.
I just arrived back in Perth, this time on a one year visa.
I am committed to using this time to accomplish two goals:
to become the healthiest person I can be, both physically and spiritually.
And now that the jetlag has lifted and my body is back on the correct time, I have started my new health regime. Once again I'm following the 21 day yoga challenge. This year they have a beginner and an intermediate challenge, so I'm doing the beginner one so I pace myself and don't overdo it.
I am encouraged and excited. I know this year is going to be challenging and I am going to want to give in. But I am motivated to become healthier than I ever imagined possible.
