Adversity - my sandpaper gift

I've attended two art workshops by Malini Parker in the past three months. Both were awesome and I left the first one so motivated & energized and excited that I couldn't even sleep the first night afterwards.

But I'm currently in a very low energy phase. I did too much, too many days in a row & now I'm so tired I don't have the strength to even sit up & write this.

Malini's own story on her fight with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome has been a gift. http://www.maliniparker.com/news/how-malini-became-an-artist-2/

As well, she's offered me two things to reflect on:

She writes on her blog,

"Adversity is a gift wrapped in sandpaper."

That's exactly where I am right now.

How can I best use my outlet for my creativity to help me become physically healthy as well?

Hmmmm... Lots to think about. Fortunately, today I have the time.
