Hello Pain

I'm taking an art e-course by Kelly Rae Roberts, an American artist that I really love. Her style is not my style so this course is very hard for me to wrap my head around.

However, she has got me to think about mantras & positive affirmations that can help me cope with times of bad pain.

Hello pain, you've got my attention, what are you trying to tell me?

Pain can be my friend, my soundtrack, my reason to change direction, my reason to take a break.

My illness does not define me. My identity doesn't come from my limitations, it comes from my ability to love.
