Pain control ...
involves trial and error, because it recognizes that you're an individual whose treatment isn't going to be like anyone else's.
**Chronic Pain Solution, James N Dillard
So I am not going to look at the last 48 hours as a waste, or even as bad days. They were challenging, for sure, and I am unhappy that I was able to do so little. But I am keeping track of everything, and will try some different combos of activities on my next challenging day. Trial and error are going to be my companions for the next while. So I might as well make them my friends.

| Don't I look like I've spent the last 20 minutes doing serious yoga poses? |
Today I did not feel up to doing standing poses to prepare for headstands or hip openers, so I skipped from challenge #4 to #7, which was an evening stretch to prepare you for bed. It was so unlike my normal definition of yoga. I think I would call the practice, yawn-in-a-yummy-sleepy-yawn-nana. We shall see how well I sleep tonight now that there is a lot less tension in my legs and shoulders.
Day 2 on this crazy painting. I've decided I"m done with it. It's not done, but I have no idea how to bring any composure to this incomplete craziness. So I guess it's more trial and error. (laugh) Maybe that's what I will call it.
