Start the day with pain at 6.
Did the yoga.
Did the walk. Pain up to 7.
Ate well.
Napped.
Pain flared up to 8. Took meds. No help.
Texted an old friend. Started to paint.
Kept my mind off my body ...
And now, 2 hours later, I am in less pain than I have been in a really long time! Pain at 4. FOUR!
HAH!
