The Great Garden Experiment

My hubby swears mushroom compost is the best.
I was told by an old green thumb who had an amazing yard chockers full of Aussie plants that sheep manure is the best.
So ... We are going to test it out and see.
Found a great metal trunk at a garage sale that Kim quickly turned into a raised flower bed. Divided into two sections, we planted beetroot (that's normal beets to my Canadian friends,) broccoli, and beans. We made sure all of our plants are the same size. We are watering them the exact same amount (yes, I got down on my hands & knees to measure exactly).

Kim is so sure his plants are going to win. On day two he exclaimed that his plants were already ahead. 😊

We shall see ...
