FORTY MINUTES?? Are you kidding me? Seems like that isn't exactly a gentle introduction.
It was good. Tough, but I started going into child's pose when we started doing the same series for the third time.
There was one pose I loved, I missed the name of it, but I totally felt like a pretzel.
My mood improved, and my pain was no worse. I'm looking forward to seeing how much my flexibility improves in just 3 weeks.
It's just 21 days. I can do this for 21 days, right? Right.
