All I can say is, ahhh....
Today's session was 15 minutes, and was the most gentle of gentle. I loved it, because every muscle in my body was pointing out it's existence today.
I loved it.
If on my really bad days i can manage nothing else, I know I could do this session.
Pain: certainly didn't increase! It felt good to move.
Mood: calm. No peaks, but no troughs either.
Energy: I was exhausted before I started, and exhausted but not as brain foggy after. Pretty impressive, since it was really just 15 minutes of deep breathing.
Maybe I'll do it again tomorrow.
